Im India and i have just joined SDI so this is me starting my blog. for my SDI i have decided to work on the idea of learning how to run a bar with ephasis on learning about cocktail making. i think that i will enjoy this project and learn a lot from it because i have a small amount of expereince in hospitality already and i am keen to broaden my knowledge about this part of the industry to give myself more opportunities for future work both in Australia and overseas.
Although i wnat to learn mostly about cocktail making to give me a deeper knowledge for working in bars and clubs i also want to learn about some of the basic management skills to running a bar, partly for my personal knowledge and partly to see if im really interested in making it a potential career path.
Anyway that is all for now but i will update again when i have more to report on my project. indyout
