Hi everyone,
I know its been awhile but no internet at home makes updates during the holidays difficult.
Anyway i think im finally getting a handle on using twitter and the blog (slight hick up when i forgot my password to get onto my blog) and have worked out how to follow other peoples blogs thanks to some help from jessie :) so now hopefully i can comment on them etc.

As to my project iv been researching on the internet cocktail making courses and its really not been that easy to find any, there were a number of sites that seemed promising but then turned out to be unclear, unreliable or in a different country! Due to my lack of success at finding what im looking for on the internet i may need to find some other resources such as adult ed brochures or ask around at bars or places that do short courses.

I also need to start working on how i want the rest of my project to look. Im thinking i will probably design the layout for my bar next as well as the standard ie formal or more casual. Im very excited about this project even in its early stages and im looking forward to making a lot more progress.
